某型通用机枪取弹器寿命经常达不到规定要求， 影响了全枪寿命。用 Ｐ ｒ ｏ ／ Ｅ ｎ ｇ ｉ ｎ ｅ ｅ ｒ 建立取弹器及枪弹的三维模型， 并利用 Ｐ ｒ ｏ ／ Ｍｅ ｃ ｈ ａ ｎ ｉ ｃ ａ 进行疲劳分析， 找出了影响取弹器寿命敏感参数即取弹器与枪弹横向综合相对偏移量，对该参数控制在一定的范围内， 可以保证取弹器的寿命满足规定要求。
