为了分析离心泵在设计工况运行时叶轮盖板两侧泵腔内流场结构的特点,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型和多重参考系下的雷诺时均N-S方程,对由叶轮通道、蜗室、泵腔和密封环间隙组成的计算域进行定常数值模拟。计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,证明了数值计算方法具有较高的可靠性。流场分析结果表明,泵腔内的流场分布具有非轴对称性,其流场结构比由转子—定子组成的封闭壳体内的流场结构复杂得多,但二者的速度场沿轴向的变化规律相似...
