教育公平是社会公平价值在教育领域的延伸和体现,包括教育权利平等和教育机会均等两个方面。学前教育是学校教育和终身教育的起点,对幼儿身心健康、习惯养成、智力开发有至关重要的影响,而且有很好的社会效益。农村学前教育是整个教育事业的组成部分,其发展状况直接影响到整个教育水平。本文从教育公平的角度出发,研究西部农村学前教育在公平的价值取向下存在的现状、原因和解决对策。
