该研究对比了低运动量下三类高强度间歇运动与传统中强度持续运动的减肥效果,证实高强度间歇运动的减肥效果(尤其是减少腹部内脏脂肪的效果)优于中强度持续运动。该研究成果提示采用高强度、短时间运动即可以减脂,从科学上突破了运动减肥只能在中低强度下进行的理论局限,为实践推广和优化高强度减肥运动处方提供了理论依据和实践指导。
